As Managing Director and Board Member of Kero Global Lendas Ltd, Dr. Sunny Kerobo continues to leverage his expertise and passion for driving innovation, fostering strategic partnerships, and creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.
Throughout his career, both in the banking and healthcare industries, Dr. Kerobo has demonstrated exemplary leadership in various capacities as Director of Business Development at Comfort Business Consultant, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the United States; he provided strategic leadership to a team of over 50 employees, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Similarly, as Regional Head of Business Operations at Golden View, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he collaborated closely with the management team to devise and implement effective business strategies, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and profitability. He has also worked in organizations like Froedtert Medical College of Wisconsin and Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Services, just to mention a few in the United States.
Dr. Kerobo’s commitment to community service is reflected in his active involvement in various volunteer organizations such as the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Mentors Outreach, and local church initiatives. He has contributed to disaster relief efforts, sustainable housing solutions, youth mentorship programs, and community outreach initiatives through these endeavours.
As an esteemed member of professional organizations, including the American Public Health Association, The National Society of Leadership and Success, and The Association of Clinical Research Professionals, Dr. Kerobo actively engages in advancing business and public health initiatives. He collaborates with industry experts to drive innovation in clinical research, healthcare delivery, and leadership development programs.
Dr. Kerobo’s research projects have significantly contributed to the public health and healthcare management field. Notable publications include his dissertation on “The Experiences of Teenage Mothers about the Socioeconomic Aspects of Teen Pregnancy in a Low-Income Community,” scholarly articles addressing mental health crises and Healthcare accessibility, and a thesis focusing on “Clinical Solutions to Staff Shortages in the Healthcare Industry.”
He acquired most of his educational degrees at prestigious universities in the United States. With a Ph.D. in Public Health, focused on Epidemiology and Community Health from Walden University, an MBA (double major) in Business Strategy/Management from Cardinal Stritch University, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Moraine Park Technical College, and a Higher National Diploma in Office Technology and Management from Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria. Dr. Sunny Kerobo epitomizes visionary leadership, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
He is married to Gloria, and their marriage is blessed with children.
Gloria Kerobo is a distinguished business developer with a strong focus on staff training and development. As a Kero Global Lendas Ltd board member with over 15 years of multifunctional cross-border business management and healthcare experience at leading healthcare and financial institutions covering general management and business origination in diverse segments, including corporate, commercial, consumer, retail, and public sectors.
She commenced her professional career at a private institution she co-founded with her husband, Dr. Kerobo, in the United States. In addition, Gloria co-founded Kero Global Lendas Limited, where she has served as a Board Member since its inception.
Gloria enjoyed an illustrious career at Comfort Business Consultant Services, where she has direct supervisory responsibility for all the employees.
Gloria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business administration and several professional certifications in the United States.
She has attended several business, leadership, and executive development programs at world-class institutions, where she coordinates and collaborates with industry experts to drive innovation in business and leadership development programs.
Favour Kerobo holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Michigan, United States. Favour is a young and ambitious healthcare professional. Serving the Metro Detroit Area as an intraoperative neurophysiologist, he assesses the integrity of neural structures using various neurophysiological techniques across many modalities during various spine surgeries. With an ever-growing array of expertise and experience, he serves Kero Global as a Director. His experiences in research, customer service, clinical services, education, and charitable giving equip Favour with a robust skillset to impactfully contribute to Kero Global’s stellar personnel.
Furthermore, as an aspiring physician, Favour hopes to continue to foster health and wellness in his community and beyond.
